Ameri has a dream where she's visited by Irumi in the Student Council room whom confesses that his ambition is to wear frilly dresses. Awakening from the dream in a cold sweat, Ameri notes that she's had the same dream three nights in a row.

Ameri does a spit take

Within the dining room area, Ameri eats her breakfast as her father Henri who's apparently at work, as he's only appearing via by a magical screen. Henri asks Ameri if she's doing alright as she looks a tad pale, to which, Ameri calms that she's alright, noting that she's had sleeping troubles as of late. Understanding his daughter's condition, he asks if it's related to Irumi causing Ameri to do a spit take. Breaking into a cold sweat, Henri denounces allowing his daughter to go on a date with Iruma; going as far to crawl out of the screen to convey it. Shocked by the turn of events, Ameri rushes off to school in a panic.

Ameri flustered

Afterward, at school, Quichelight and Western try inform Ameri of council related matters, but she's innerly focused on other means. Primarily, how in First Love Memories vol. 14, the two main characters are alone together in a beach area and tries to connect it to why Iruma decided to wear a frilly dress. However, she becomes flustered by considering such a connection. Quichelight then snaps Ameri out of it, but when he tries to elaborate his plans on recruiting a new student council member, Ameri mistakes scout as skirt. She then mistakes filled as frills and flustered as fluff. Managing to regain her composure, Ameri states that she's going on her rounds leaving both Quichelight and Western perplexed by what had happened. Outside of the council room, Ameri notes how her lack of concentration because of when she witnessed Iruma wear a dress. Thereby causing a misconception with her father and blowing things far out of proportion. At this point, Ameri reflects on what Iruma is to her and not just a fellow student or a human who translates her manga. Ameri then has an epiphany of why she associated herself with Iruma and his positive qualities. Deciding to talk thinks over with Iruma, Ameri locates him being forced to wear a dress by Keroi, which leads into a misunderstanding scene between the two.

Iruma joins the Student Council

After forcing Iruma back in to the student council room and making a phone call to summon Clara and Azz to the room as well. Ameri states she wants to talk with Iruma about "Battlers", which surprises him. Outside, the two were waiting for Iruma were captured by the student council members. Back in the student council room, Ameri reviews over some information in regards to Iruma's Battler group. Apparently it lacks adequate members to meet the requirements, therefore, the Battler must be put on hiatus for the time being. It can be reinstated once Iruma goes through the proper training that once completed he can receive a letter of recommendation from the presidents. Elsewhere, Azz is forced to join the Magic Development Battlers with his fellow student Jazz and Clara joins the Game Battler. They were forced to join those groups by Ameri's recommendation and Iruma unsurprisingly was forced to join the Student Council meeting.

The following day, Iruma awakens from Western's wake up call who then instructs everyone to make their beds and change into their uniforms. From there, Iruma follows the daily activities the members have to go through before the start of their classes. They later stand in front of the school entrance and give their greetings to everyone. Soon, Jazz, Lied, and Caim approach Irumi and greet him, while Eiko watches excitedly from afar with Gaako. During lunch time, Irumi is astounded by the single bean he's served as its in observance of the Red Moon, where a moratorium on gluttony is imposed. Right after Ameri gives a statement on how members of the Student Council must set an example for their fellow students. Ameri then proceeds to drop kick a male wolf-like student and orders her subordinates to restrain him as they're going to monitor for the day as he's in his "Evil Cycle". Impressed by Ameri's attitude and charisma, Irumi notes that she's cool.

Afterward, Lord Sullivan visits the Student Council room to give Iruma a bunch of presents that he has for him, but has the door slammed on him. When Sullivan asks Ameri where Iruma is, Ameri answers that he's training for the day and will not allow him to distract Iruma with his whims. Once Sullivan tearfully leaves, Ameri has Iruma undress out of his Student Council uniform and has him read more First Love Memories to her. Iruma then reads volume 15 of the series and once its finished, states how he prefers the calm Ameri over the scary one. Blushing over the fact that she's scary when she acts like the Student Council President, the handle to her cup of tea breaks causing to fall onto the ground and shatter. As Ameri cleans up the mess, she notes that its an ominous sign. In a dark cave within the school grounds, an illusive figure that's obsessed with Ameri plots something involving her.

Classified

The next day, Iruma is shown to have adequately acclimated into his Student Council role. During lunch time, as Quichelight and Western note how well Iruma is now doing. They have a bit of a dispute with each other over how Western is Quichelight's Senpai, dispite the former being in the same grade as the latter. Iruma then asks the two why they joined the Student Council, to which they answer harmoniously, "classified" further detailing it'd take too long to explain. However, they do state that if anything they joined because of their respect for Ameri and how "jealou-slay" Western is because of it. Hearing this irks Iruma as Western states that he should feel honored by the fact. Close by, Ameri along with the other two Student Council members Smoke and Grave watch Irumi interact with Western and Quichelight. The two note how Iruma is fitting in better now with the Student Council and how it brings back memories of how Ameri recruited them a bunch of weirdos to join the Student Council. Contrary to considering themselves weird, Ameri states they're actually interesting. Just then a static ridden announcement is made requesting that Ameri go to the prep-room #3 and without hesitation she heads there and is sprayed unconscious by a cloaked figure.

Back in the Student Council room, Baraki from the President of the Broadcast Battler barges into the room and reveals that the previous announcement wasn't from his group. Astounded by the revelation, the Student Council Members head to the prep-room #3 and find Ameri passed out on the floor. She immediately awakens by the voices of her subordinates, although she's "alright", her personality is more pure and innocent. This is depicted by her request to be dressed in clothing that aren't so revealing.
