Plot[]
Can We Make 100 Friends?[]
In the forest, Goemon has gathered various ingredients and begins heading back to the castle. When he enters, he finds Agares being crowded by the girls and wonders if a raid has taken place. Once everyone has calmed down, the girls explain why they sought shelter in the castle and apologize to Agares for letting their emotions get the better of them when they saw how attractive he is.
They then express how they didn't expect to find a castle in the area and learn from Goemon that Agares used his bloodline magic to manipulate the land, trees, and plants around them to create the building. Although the girls are curious as to how Agares is so powerful at an Aleph ranking, Agares attempts to kick them out but Goemon insists they stay since it would be too risky to send them back out in the forest. When Goemon goes to make more refreshments, the girls begin to question Agares about his and Goemon's friendship.
Agares makes the claim that he and Goemon are not actually friends despite Goemon constantly going to his house to get him for school and his overall ambition being that he wants to make one hundred friends despite knowing he is a busy body that causes others to want to stay away. Ultimately, Agares decided to let Goemon care for him since he was always too tired to stop him until he finally had enough and snapped at Goemon. As Agares continues to talk about Goemon basically kidnapping him when he is sleeping, the girls are left to wonder if Agares hates Goemon even though they can always be seen around one another.
Just as Goemon is returning, the group hears the shouting of students coming from outside. Agares quickly realizes that Goemon is going to try to save whomever he can and tries to talk him out of it since there would be no benefit to them. Goemon decides to continue on, knowing that Agares understands all too well his reason why; that, despite being a swordsman, Goemon is oblivious to the personal space of others. After Goemon skillfully defeats a large and carnivorous flower, he returns to the castle and apologizes for his actions. The girls are happy seeing the two make amends and Agares allows Goemon to bring in those he rescued. However, Agares becomes angered once more when Goemon brings in a small crowd of students.
The Students I'm Proud Of[]
In a small tent, Furfur, Raim, Lady Vepar, and Mr. Hat have gathered together for food and drinks when Sullivan, Opera, and a reluctant Bachiko arrive. The tutor's give the three a quick update on the standings of the Misfit Class students while boasting of their respective students abilities and certainty to win that leads them into an argument until Sullivan requests to see how Iruma is doing. When the monitor switches to show Iruma trying to help Lied figure out if Elizabetta likes him or not, Furfur hilariously comments how Iruma and Lied are certain to lose since they are currently at a zero standing for points.
Iruma asks Lied what it means when a girl says they like a boy more than normal but Lied, based on his earlier encounter with Elizabetta, tells Iruma not to get too hopeful or he will be crushed. The tutor's find the conversation amusing until Furfur points out that it is nearly impossible for a team to win when they have yet to gather points on the first day and comments how the two should withdrawal from the tournament. This quickly earns Bachiko's wrath as she tries to defend Iruma until she decides to join them in drinking. With everyone having calmed a bit from drinking, they continue to state their respective students will be triumphant.
Exhausted from the first day, majority of the student try to sleep in order to be rested for the next day. However, Asmodeus, Sabnock, and the Dorodoro brothers continue their contest throughout the night.
