Clans of the Three Heroes

The clans of three heroes of the great demon valley refers to an alliance of demon clans: Barbatos, Furfur and Zepar. They possess a great deal of influence among the demons of the Netherworld, to the point that the Thirteen Crowns would be fearful of a confrontation. Azazel Henri, the director of demon border control, thinks a conflict with the clans of the three heroes would have engulf the entire Netherworld into war. But according to Lord Sullivan of the three great, Barbatos Bachiko becoming a member of the Thirteen Crowns will bring a new era of cooperation.

Barbatos Clan

The Barbatos clan is a clan of demons who specializes in archery with their skills reinforced by bloodline abilities like One Hit Bullseye or Full Marks. They are very protective of their territory which is past Death Square in the heart of the Northern Mountain. Their territorial lands is made of a few buildings in the middle of a huge forest. They wear feathers as a sign of belonging to the clan like the ones Bachiko and Robin gave to their prize pupils, Iruma and Lied. Flying over their territory without a "feather cap" is seen as an act of trespassing.

Furfur Clan

The Furfur clan has ties to lord Belial of the Three Great even if they seemed to put the interests of the alliance before it when they co-signed with clan Zepar the letter of protest from clan Barbatos to the Thirteen Crowns concerning the mistreatment of Bachiko during her candidacy to become one of them.

The Zepar clan is known as the clan of love-eater demons. They gain magic when expose to praise or in eating the gifts of their fans. Things like plushies or letters are not only edible to them but also tasty. However things representing hate towards them, consumed in the same manner, can physically hurt them. From a very early age, they learn high-level spells they can use once they're full of magic and use them in order to gain more popularity.
