Leviathan Leiji is the grandson of Lady Levi, who is one of the 13 Crowns and the Three Greats. Leiji is one of the candidates to become the next demon king. Despite being a freshman, he is also the Student Captain for Levialon Academy.
Appearance[]
Leiji is a lean young man with a fair complexion and a form of scales on his skin, and he is almost always seen wearing a very stern expression that makes his eyes look half-opened. Like his grandmother, he inherits a pair of pointy ears and horns, though Leiji's on the latter has more structure than an antler's. He also has a massive, long tail fin that attacked his back instead of a typical demon tail. He has a long fringe covering both eyes and clothes, a royal-like long dress covering his whole body, and a pair of epaulets on his shoulders. Leiji has a medal on his right chest and a gun-like insignia necklace as an accessory around his neck.
Leiji used to have lengthy hair covering his face's left side.
Personality[]
Leiji always wears a serious expression on his face. When angry, it turns into a stern one and barely seems impressed. He has a calm and collected personality but is also arrogant at the same time and does not tolerate undisciplined manners, although he has his own judgment of what should be prescribed as "disciplined."
As described by his grandmother, Leiji is an intellectual demon with an incredible range of talents. He is also said to be honorable[1]; thus, he wears a badge as evidence of the matter. However, Lord Belial remarks Leiji also has a twisted personality.
In addition, Leiji is also considered a tyrant. Although the school he enrolled in encompasses discipline and well-manners, he disregards this academy's vision completely. He behaves according to his own set of rules and exclaims he answers to no one else but himself, and for that, he gained many nicknames.[2]

During the Thirteen's Dinner on the 666th floor, the Three Greats refute each other for who has the best grandson amongst them. Lady Levi and Lord Belial bring out their huge pile of pictures depicting their grandchild, and Levi further exhibits a picture of his grandson holding a trophy, retaliating that proficiency is the best way to determine who has the best grandchild. Belial comments that Leiji is indeed a smart child but has a twisted personality, which Levi contradicts the same thought for his grandson, Razberry.[3]
13 Crowns Arc[]

With the agreement, the Three Greats conspired, and Lord Sullivan announced three different demons as candidates for the next young demon king of the Netherworld. Leiji enters the scene with two of his security demonettes. One of the other candidates, Belial-Berry Razberry, immediately greets Leiji, much to his annoyance, and further comments on his choice of clothes for the invitation. Leiji continues to mock Razberry for why a demon like him is invited for the occasion and the two banter about who will be the next demon king. With threatening auras, the two bring out their uncanny-looking familiars and stares at each other menacingly. When Iruma tardily knocks on the door and sets foot on his late arrival, Leiji and Razberry mistake him for a waiter and ask him who has more of a demon king appearance than the two of them.[4]
The three candidates then proceeded to go downstairs to the 333rd floor to have their own meeting; unbeknownst to Leiji and Razberry, Iruma is also a candidate. With the subject of who was more worthy of the demon king title among them, they debated by elaborating on each candidate's position in their respective schools and their goals of attaining the crown. Leiji went first to explain, then Razberry. After the two, Iruma also stated his numerous events to consider him worthy, but the two demons got confused as they believed Iruma was just a waiter. Leiji abruptly stops Iruma and questions him why he joined the conversation, but before Iruma can explain, Opera enters the floor and is initially looking for him. Opera then proclaims Iruma as another demon invited to the Thirteen's Dinner, a member of the Sullivan household, and the grandson of the Three Greats, ultimately making him eligible for candidacy for the demon king position. Leiji was stern in disbelief after hearing the statement.[5]
During the Thirteen's Dinner, he, Iruma, and Razberry were interviewed on what they would do as demon king. Leiji stated he would create a world where everyone would follow his rules, much to the praise of his grandmother for his quick response. During the dinner, he had atrocious table manners, claiming his rules stated he was eating correctly. The 13 Crowns were amused by his antics. After dinner, Leiji confronted Iruma and Razberry and apologized for mistreating Iruma earlier. He gained respect for Iruma and declared they should be on good terms as fellow "grandsons" and candidates. Although he now respected Iruma and, to a lesser extent, Razberry, he declared that he would become the demon king in the end.

Lady Levi is Leiji's grandmother. As a very doting figure, she took good care of him.
Belial-Berry Razberry[]
Razberry and Leiji have the exact polar opposite of personality, and as soon as they meet, the clash between the two is unavoidable. Leiji viewed him as a monkey of a demon who refuses to believe he is the next demon king, so much they went into a comparison of their entrance ceremony with Iruma as the judge. Later he changes his tone but keeps him at a rival level.
Iruma Suzuki[]
At first, Leiji thought Iruma was a servant and looked down at him. Although his attitude changed after learning he's one of the Three Greats' grandsons. After the Thirteen's Dinner, he apologized for his tone and showed some respect but clarified that he won't lose to his new rivals.
