My Very Own Magic 願いを弓に, "Negai o Yumi ni) is the fifty-seventh episode and the Thirteenth episode of the third season of the anime series Mairimashita! Iruma-kun.
Summary[]
As Iruma finds a way back to the surface, Lied is accidentally announced to have a highly valued item and becomes the target of those around him.
Plot[]
The third day of the festival has arrived. While many students are too exhausted or injured to stay in the tournament, the competition between Asmodeus and Sabnock against the Dorodoro brothers continues. While they have been able to gather more points, they don't overlook how it has been hard to find more Boss Class level creatures. At the same time, Goemon has taken charge to lead others in gathering valued ingredients, Kerori continues to build her kingdom, and Elizabetta and Clara continue to use seduction to trick others into giving them their ingredients.
During an intermission announcement, Kalego announces the current point rankings:
- Asmodeus-21,800
- Sabnock-18,600
- The Dorodoro brothers-16,500 (each)
- Kerori-19,200
- Kamui-12,400
- Elizabetta-13,200
- Clara-9,800
- Orobas-15,400
- Agares-9,500
- Goemon-9,500
The listed students are currently above the threshold for a chance to win the tournament. Kalego emphasizes the importance of the tournament as it symbolizes the rest of the demon world and the skills the students would need to develop to have a fighting chance and the student who wins the tournament will receive the title of The Young King. Kalego ends the announcement after warning the participating students to be cautious of each other. Dali playfully jests Kalego for possibly instigating the students which causes Kalego to make another announcement publicly pointing out that "one particular student" has yet to gather points despite surviving up to the third day but is now missing, suggesting the student either quit or start doing everything they can to win. When he is done, Dali wonders if Kalego is playing favorites but Kalego naturally denies it.
As Sabnock tries to boast of the title of the Young King being meant for him, he notices Asmodeus is being quieter than normal at the same Elizabetta notices Clara is being quiet as well. Together, Asmodeus and Clara figure out the missing student is Iruma. Though they have always competed to have his attention and title of being his number one friend, they both had seen how hard Iruma had been training before the tournament and decide to have faith that he will return. Asmodeus and Clara each state how they wish to rush off to find Iruma but are determined to stay strong for his sake and the hope of receiving his praise.
Still in the cave, Iruma confesses how he misses Asmodeus and Clara but is sure that he is almost out of the cave. Alikred appears and teases Iruma for repeatedly saying how much he misses his friends. It is then revealed that Iruma survived the fall thanks to Alikred protecting both him and the Seed of Beginnings and he even helped keep the illusion spider at bay until Iruma was able to fight on his own. Iruma is deeply grateful for Alikred's help and declares that everything that's happened has made Iruma see that he belongs in the demon world. As Alikred wonders how long it would take Iruma to get back to the main tunnel, Nafra flies down. Iruma explains his reason for not flying up being that he is not good at flying.
Nafra attempts to help by trying to carry Iruma but is unable to lift him. When Iruma explains that his leg is injured, Nafra reveals to have a piece of the Gripping Weed. Remembering the plant from a song used to prepare for the final exams, Iruma asks how they are going to get water to make it grow. Nafra produces a watering can and gives the plant enough water to make it grow along the rock pillar for Iruma to climb. Despite this, Iruma feels he will still not be able to climb with his leg in the condition it's in. He suddenly remembers how he had healed the baby of the Guardian of Cutthroat Valley and realizes he can use his own blood to find a quicker way out.
With just a drop of blood, Iruma makes the Gripping Weed grow so large that it causes tremors to be felt throughout the entire area and bring attention to Iruma and Nafra sitting on top of the large plant when it emerges. When a camera demon shows Iruma to those watching on monitors, Iruma takes the chance to let Lied know he got the Seed of Beginnings. Kalego, on the other hand, loudly scolds Iruma for his antics. Though Iruma apologizes for making such an entrance, Kalego asks if he's hurt and if he plans to either continue or leave the tournament. Iruma boldly states that he will stay and plans to win.

Meanwhile, after facing a genie, one hundred games, and shedding his old self, Lied emerges victorious with the Vase of Endings. Feeling certain that he and Iruma can make the Legend Leaf bloom, Lied becomes excited at the possible celebrity status and attention this will bring them if they succeed. As he debates how to make his autograph, Suzy and Dali are heard making an announcement of tips and inadvertently give away that Lied has possession of the Vase of Endings that, by itself, is worth twenty thousand points and is a key feature in obtaining the Legend Leaf; painting Lied to now be a target to others.
Knowing he is sure to be hunted by others, Lied attempts to keep a low profile until he hears Iruma announce that he has the Seed of Beginnings but accidentally give away their meet point at the same time. With the remaining students now hunting the two for the prized Legend Leaf, Lied takes cover and is missed by several hunters who make it quite clear they intend to take the vase for themselves.
Lied is determined not to let anyone take the vase and tries to make a getaway when he runs into Elizabetta.
