Quan Quan (クワンッ・クワンッ Kuwan Kuwan?) is a Verbal Magic.
Usage[]
Initially one needs to envision what the flower should look like in their head, then the user says the word Quan Quan. After the spell is chanted, the plant shortly grows an inch and momentarily glows (the glowing color differs to each user), which blooms and takes a certain shape accordingly to the user's mental image. However, if the user does not have a concrete visualization inside their head, the transformation will not happen. This verbal magic is usually taught to students on the first day under Stolas Suzy's Diabotany Class.
