Season Two is the second season of the Mairimashita! Iruma-kun anime series. The show started airing from April 17, 2021 until September 11, 2021, which ran for 21 episodes.[2] The episodes air in Japan on NHK Educational TV. The season was announced by original creator Osamu Nishi on Twitter[3] after the airing of the first season's final episode.
The season consequently confirms the adaptation of Iruma's magically-induced wicked phase, though the depiction didn't occur until later episodes as it follows the manga's linear story arc. At length, the second season adapts the manga from Volume 6 up until halfway through Volume 11. Like the previous season, the anime production had expanded with significant amount of scenes from the manga and slightly features new original content.
Synopsis[]
The chaotic school life continues!
Suzuki Iruma, human and deeply non-aggressive, one day becomes the grandson of the great demon Sullivan. Doted on beyond belief, Iruma starts school where "Grandpa" serves as the chair... and finds, to his surprise, that he enjoys life there with Asmodeus, Clara, and the rest of his demon classmates. But just when Iruma thought he'd fitted in, there's more trouble ahead! A ring begins to talk, and Iruma... goes bad?! Iruma's chaotic, demonic life at school continues! [4]
Production[]
Most of the core staff that had worked on the first season has been retained in the same respective roles, with a notable exception arising from Yumiko Hara being credited as a character designer instead of Keiko Yamamoto.[5] Yumiko Hara previously served as the chief animation director for all of the first season's even-numbered episodes[6], in addition to having done character design work on Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! LOVE!.[7] Bandai Namco Pictures is credited as the studio in charge of producing the animation, while NHK and NHK Enterprises are credited as producers. The second season remained in the same time slot that Season One had previously occupied, airing every Saturday at 5:35pm in Japan on the NHK Educational TV (NHK-E) station.[8]

- Second season is immediately teased at the end of the last episode of the first season, depicting Iruma in his Wicked Phase form which starts the Iruma's Evil Cycle Arc.
- The confirmation of the second season is credited by NHK on September 02, 2020, along with a teaser poster.[13]

Da Pump once again performed the series' opening for the second season. It is called "No! No! Satisfaction!".[14]
Ending[]
Amatsuki performed the second series' ending theme song "Kokoro Showtime" (ココロショータイム).[15]
